푸르디 푸른 갈대

따사롭던 봄 하늘도

갈대 앞에 떨고 섰네

누가 갈대를 꺾으려 하나

갈대야

갈대야

꺾이지 말거라

6월 태양 머리위에 올 때 무성하리라

오늘도 갈대 앞에

두 손 모으고 빌고 빈다

강하여 지라고

강하여 지라고

누가 갈대 몸에 몹쓸 벌레들 풀었는가

따스한 한 줄기 봄바람아

갈대 몸에서

몹쓸 벌레들 한 번에 쓸어가 다오

밝은 태양 머리위에 오기 전에.

Warm spring sky

Standing in front of reed with fear

Those who does pluck off reed

Reed!

Don't be plucked off

When the sun of June

Come on your head above

You will be flourished

As today

Gathers two hands

In front of reed

Be strong !

Those who scatters bad worms

In body of reed

For a time

Warm spring wind

Please sweep off bad worms

on the body of reed at a time

Before bright sun comes on above the head.
